HR Fibreglass manufacture GRP Fabricated Fencing in house. GRP Fabricated Fencing Is a Heavy-Duty alternative to the Palisade Fencing. Constructed of GRP Pultruded I-Beam for the posts and GRP Deck 500 for the slabs. Lightweight but strong, this version of GRP Fencing is a suitable alternative to conventional concrete slab fencing. Grp I-Beams can either be cast into the ground or surface mounted with GRP Floor Cleats.

GRP Palisade Fencing

HR Fibreglass have developed a GRP Palisade Fencing as an alternative to steel Palisade Fencing. In appearance this looks very similar to the steel fencing. GRP Palisade Fencing can be supplied in panel for which makes it quick and easy to assemble on site. It can also be supplied in kit form for site assembly, this is ideal if working on an embankment.

Pale
Pultruded GRP Top Hat Profiles either a single point or triple point, available in standard lengths of 1.8m, 2.1m, 2.4m & 3m. Other sizes available on request.

Rails
Pultruded GRP Angle sections, 2 to 3 rails depending on the height of the pales in which they are fastened to. Fastened with M8 Coach bolts & Anti-tamper stainless steel nuts.

Posts
Pultruded GRP I-Beam or pultruded GRP Box Section. Posts can either be cast into the ground or surface mounted with floor bases.

Gates
Bespoke gates can be manufactured in either single leaf gates (Up to 3m wide) or double leaf gates (Up to 6m). Complete with heavy duty hinges to hang the gates from posts.

Colours: Standard colours are grey, green, black & white. Other colours available on request.

Do GRP fencing panels need painting?

No! Yet another of the many advantages of GRP fencing panels is the fact that it comes pre-coloured.

At HR Kilns, we offer a range of colours to choose from – grey, black, green, and white as standard, with additional options available on request. So, all you have to do is pick the shade of your choice and that’s it! No painting required.

And, thanks to the natural hardwearing properties of products made from glass reinforced plastic, no ongoing maintenance is needed either.

Where can GRP fencing be used?

With so many customisable options, including colour, length, pale profiles etc, GRP fencing is ideal for many locations and uses.

Examples of these include schools – securing boundaries or playing fields – airports, animal enclosures, trackside fencing, and many more. As it is non-conductive, resistant to a wide range of chemicals, fire retardant and low maintenance, GRP fencing is also frequently sought for harsh industrial environments too.
